Worked with Todd on the design and scheduling and Tim came in to install the elevated deck with an enclosed, water proof, storage room below it. End result is a fantastic deck, incredibly well made. Tim’s attention to detail and pride of workmanship is very apparent and greatly appreciated. Premier also installed the “wrought iron” fence around the property a couple of weeks earlier which we are also extremely pleased with. Would highly recommend.

We had a fairly large backyard project in our new home. The quotation and design was completed using information of our new lot well prior to moving in. Within 3 weeks of moving in our fence was done, ahead of projected time and exactly on budget.

The crew from initial quotation to final construction were incredibly kind and courteous. Their workmanship was immaculate and the cleanliness was pristine. I am yet to find a nail after the build has been completed!

We were very happy with the customer service we received by Premier Fencing on our deck project. Everything from the initial quote to the final project build were delivered on time. I had a lot of questions throughout the process. James encouraged me to ask as many as I needed and responded in a timely manner. He was happy to price out different options for us and was not pushy at all. Tim installed the deck efficiently and did a quality job. They cleaned up after themselves when the project was done and did minimal damage to the yard. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend working with them.

Had fence posts that were starting to lean over pretty bad. Dan provided a quick turn around on a quote to replace the posts.. Michael and Alex came out and did a good job replacing 8 – 6×6 posts. Would reccomend for sure!

Premier Fencing & Backyard Solutions just finished a deck install on our bungalow condo. We were more than impressed from the first meeting with Todd to the building of the deck. Our old deck was in need of replacement. After careful consideration and asking around I was directed to Premier Fencing. I wanted a company that had been around for a while. I soon discovered the roots of this company date back in the KW area over many family generations with many positive comments.
Our new deck rests on modern Helical Screw Piles that protrude well below the frost line, installed by Premier. We opted to use composite deck planks that do not require any finishing.
Since our deck doubles as a spring and summer outdoor living room we also opted to have a Pergola supplied and installed by Premier as well.
Our experience with Premier has been top notch. The materials, and workmanship were excellent!

A quality, professional company from the quote to the post crew to the fence hangers and the touch-ups. Add friendly office staff and I have no choice but to leave a 5 star review!! The fence is so nice that we may have to get them to update our deck in the future.

Had Premier Fencing replaced our fence that was damaged in a wind storm. My wife and I are very impressed with the professional job and quality of their work. Dan and Kimberly did excellent work. Would recommend this company if you need Fencing and decking done.

Like most home owners, we took plenty of time researching who we wanted to install our new fence and deck. In the end, we had four different companies quote the job and we are very happy that we chose Premier Fencing and Backyard Solutions. We had them take on our deck installation last summer, and have them lined up to replace our fence in the spring.

From the initial point of contact through the design and quoting process to completion, our sales representative Paul was a pleasure to deal with. He was communicative, professional, open to our input and timely with all his communications. He’s an excellent representative for the company, and our comfort level with Paul was certainly a factor in our decision. He listened to our design ideas and priorities and shared his input, ultimately helping us make the best decisions for our backyard.

Our installation was done by Ron, who undeniably takes pride in what he does. If Paul “talks the talk”, Ron is definitely the guy for the walk. As my wife put it “he’s very methodical. You can tell he’s been doing this for ever!”. Unlike some other “professionals” we’ve had in to work on the house, there were no expletives… no perplexed “what am I going to do now??” looks. No untimely disappearances for hours or days, with things half completed. No… Ron showed up, did his thing and left. I felt like Ron was working as if it was his backyard, not mine. Again, it’s evident that this isn’t his first rodeo, and his workmanship speaks for itself. Suffice to say, I’ll insist that RON to do the rest of the work we need done.

All in all, our experience with Premier Fencing and Backyard Solutions was fantastic and we are very happy we decided to hire them. They will be involved with any other outdoor construction projects we undertake.

Premier was awesome! We presented them with the challenge of building a fence to secure our pool and dog, but still have the look of a split rail farm fence. The finished product was beyond our expectations!!

Amazing to deal with from start of project to the end. They were very easy to work with and were great to help me get the deck and fence I had envisioned. I’m so pleased with my new deck and fence. We just recently had a second story deck installed with Premier Fencing & Backyard Solutions and are very happy with the final result. They were able to tie the design into our pre-existing lower deck very nicely. The cost was competitive with several other quotes we received and actually came in on the lower end. We would definitely recommend Premier in the future!

Josh and Brad came out in the middle of March to dig the holes for the posts while there was still snow on the ground. Nonetheless, they worked quickly and effectively.

Ron was our contractor and did an excellent job! He was very easy to engage with and checked in daily to see if we had any questions or concerns. He was very open to any minor adjustments we had and ensured everything was just the way we wanted it. His craftsmanship and attention to all the fine details was excellent and he took great care in making sure the workspace/yard was cleaned up of all debris before leaving. I was blown away at how quickly it all came together. From the filling of the posts to completion it took less than a week.

We can’t wait to enjoy this new space for many years to come!

After numerous quotes, we selected Premier to replace the fence between us an our next door neighbour in the fall of 2020. We are all VERY happy with the outcome and would recommend Premier in a heartbeat.
